Ms. Lea Euvrard, a lecturer specialized in teaching French as a foreign language and representative of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, carried out, starting from October 23, 2023 to June 27, 2025, specific training activities in the field of foreign languages, at the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy in Sibiu and at the Language Center of the Romanian Land Forces Staff in Sibiu.

The activities were conducted alongside French language teachers: Lecturer Dr. Daniela Duralia, and Professors Mihaela Tomoiu, Virgil Nistor, Sofia Tatu, and Doina Donisa. Throughout the activities, held both physically in classrooms and online, the students and trainees had the opportunity to familiarize themselves, in the presence of a native French speaker, with the latest cultural influences from France.
