Started in 2022, the collaboration between the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France and the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy of Sibiu continues with the appointment by the French partner, of a new teaching staff member who will work on the academic side , as well as in the field of continuous education at the Foreign Language Center of the General Staff of the Land Forces. The main purpose of this collaboration is to support the educational activities of French language teachers and to improve the French language skills of the personnel within the Ministry of National Defense of Romania.

Starting from October 23, 2023, at the foreign language center, Mrs. Léa Euvrard, a specialized lecturer for teaching French as a foreign language, will implement new online teaching methods and contribute to the development of interactive modules for the center's learners.

This collaboration is not only an opportunity for the foreign language center but also a guarantee of the quality of the educational process, promising to facilitate the achievement of educational objectives and promote a passion for the French language and culture.
