The Foreign Language Centre of the Land Forces Headquarters was founded in 1996 - in accordance with military order no. I 2456 issued by the chief of the Land Forces Headquarters on June 1, 1996 - as an educational institution offering modern and interactive methods for the study of foreign languages and the enhancement of linguistic skills.
